As a twenty-something college student, Joseph Sharp had little idea of the entrepreneurial success he would be blessed with over the next decade, or of the spiritual transformation he would experience. Nor did he have any inkling how this success in business would evolve into a passion for helping others find their purpose in life.
Since founding Sharp Innovations in 1999, Joe has been blessed to work with professionals in a wide range of industries. He has coached clients who own companies of various sizes and specialties since 2008. He is an expert in helping people pursue their dreams, while living a life of deep purpose and meaning as an international life/business coach through (www.livewithpurposecoaching.com). This drive to empower others to use their God-given spiritual gifts and unique abilities comes directly from 1 Peter 4:10: "Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms."
As an advocate for the Sandler Sales process and a Master Graduate of The Strategic Coach, Joe has had access to a wealth of business tools and interaction with dozens upon dozens of successful entrepreneurs from all over the country. This unique combination of real-world experience and extensive business training has allowed Joe to help other entrepreneurs achieve better balance in their personal lives, with their families and with their businesses, as he strives to become the man that he believes God is fashioning him to be.
Much of Joe's business acumen can be traced back to experiences founding and managing his internet marketing and development firm, Sharp Innovations, Inc. (www.sharpinnovations.com). Not content with a "business as usual" approach, Joe pioneered the creation of a proprietary, multi-step process to guide his clients From Concept to SolutionTM. This program has been integral to the launch of hundreds of websites over more than a decade. Joe's success in helping businesses solve creative, marketing and technology problems is demonstrated every day through the performance of Sharp Innovations.
Joe directs the sales, marketing and overall strategic/project direction for Sharp Innovations, and works closely with all new clients to ensure their communications and business objectives are met. While serving his clients is job #1, Joe strives for a life of balance that allows him to be a source of encouragement and inspiration to all of those with whom he makes contact. His spiritual faith is extremely important to him, and he attributes his strong faith in God as the driving force for his professional and personal achievements.
Over the last decade, Joe has been an owner or partner in numerous other business ventures, ranging from advertising to nutritional products to dating services to real estate. By continually seeking new opportunities and new ways of thinking, Joe is able to bring an open-minded perspective and valuable, real-world experience to the clients with whom he consults. Having demonstrated success in his endeavors, Joe was awarded a Central Penn Business Journal "Forty Under 40" award in 2003, and has contributed to numerous regional television, newspaper and radio programs.
Joe is a graduate of Millersville University, but considers himself a lifelong learner. He currently resides in Lancaster County, PA, and enjoys athletics, coaching, leadership activities, writing, creative projects, outdoor activities and music. Joe volunteers for various local community service organizations, as well as his local church, Millersville Bible Church. He seeks to continue participating in missions work on a global scale, and encourages others to do the same.
